Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is a professor of Ukrainian studies at University College London and a Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). His most recent books are Kyiv: Unbreakable City (2026), Russia’s Propaganda State (2026), and Political Technology: The Globalisation of Political Manipulation (2024).
