Anna Vozna
Paper title: "What's left after USAID left? Foreign aid, educational inequality, and wartime state-building in Ukraine"
Anna Vozna is a PhD candidate in political science at the University of Ottawa, where she studies institutional transformation in the post-Soviet space, focusing on the role of non-state actors. She is a part of the Chair of Ukrainian Studies at UOttawa, translates academic literature for the Academic Studies Press' "Ukrainian-Language Open Access Series," and carries out research on Ukraine and Russia as a defense analyst at Defence Research and Development Canada. Her work has been published in Nationalities Papers, Sociolinguistic Studies and eSamizdat.
