Lila Roldán Vàzquez

Ambassador Lila Roldán Vázquez is Secretary General and Head of the Eurasian Affairs Committee at the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI). She held relevant positions in the Argentine Foreign Ministry, including Ambassador to Ukraine (2007-2015); Under-Secretary of State for Latin America; Director General for Foreign Policy; Main negotiator of the Political pillar in the MERCOSUR-EU Agreement, and Deputy Head of the South America directorate. Abroad, she served at the Argentine Embassies in México and Spain and at the General Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and represented the Argentine government before multilateral and regional organizations.
