Mariia Ostroha

Mariia Ostroha holds a PhD in Education from the Sumy Makarenko State Pedagogical University, where she continued her academic career in the Department of Computer Science. She has also served as an expert in the accreditation of educational programs at the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in Ukraine.

Following her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Alberta, Ostroha joined CIUS's Ukrainian Language Education Centre (ULEC), where she currently serves as a research coordinator. Her research interests include digital and media literacy, information technologies, artificial intelligence in education, and youth media literacy.
