Andriy Kohut

Andriy Kohut is the director of the Sectoral State Archive of the Security Service of Ukraine. His research and professional interests encompass the Stalin-era deportations, the history of the Soviet secret services, the politics of memory, and cultural diplomacy. He is one of the PIs for the project “Undoing the Language of Soviet Repression: Indigenous Peoples of Crimea in the KGB Files (1944–91).”
