Svitlana Danchak

Svitlana Danchak, MD, BSN, PhD, is a medical specialist and director of the Educational and Scientific Institute at the Ternopil National Medical University. Currently she is a participant in the international scholarship program of the UK-based Florence Nightingale Foundation, a platform for leadership development in nursing and healthcare. Her major research areas include global health, community and public health nursing, thyroid disease, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Dr. Danchak’s research interests focus on metabolic disorders in endocrinological patients and on metabolic syndrome associated with comorbidities.
