What Ukraine Will Need from Its Historians

  • Edmonton Convention Centre 9797 Jasper Avenue Edmonton, Alberta, T5J 1N9 Canada (map)

When the fighting stops, Ukraine will decide what it teaches, what it puts in its museums, and what it does with the archive this war is producing. Those decisions are being taken now, mostly without historians in the room. What can the discipline actually contribute, and what is it not equipped to do?

With Serhiy Bilenky, Andrii Zayarnyuk, Oksana Dudko, and Larysa Bilous (lead)
